Terms of service

The rules that apply when you buy from gazless.com. Short, in plain English, and binding on both of us.

1. Who we are

Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "GAZLESS" mean that entity. "You" means anyone using this website or buying from it.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you the shipping confirmation, not when you click pay. We can decline an order — for a pricing error, a suspected fraud, a shipping restriction — and if we do, you're refunded in full and told why.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include duties and taxes where we can calculate them. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've ordered. If a price is obviously wrong — a bottle listed at $4.90 — we're allowed to cancel and refund rather than honour it.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, where offered, PayPal. We never see or store your card number. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The full terms — price, timing, cancellation — are on the subscription terms and cancellation policy pages, and form part of this agreement.

6. Shipping and refunds

7. The product

GAZLESS Digestive Comfort is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It does not replace a varied diet or medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Do not take it without asking your doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or living with a diagnosed condition.

8. What we don't promise

Results vary from person to person. Testimonials and before/after images on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you'll feel. We describe what the product is made of and how people commonly use it — we don't guarantee an outcome.

9. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

10. Our content

The GAZLESS name, the site's text, photographs and design belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use. You can share a link or a screenshot of a page — that's not what this clause is about.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud — those can't be excluded, and we wouldn't try.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country — this clause doesn't take those away.
