How the billing works

You're charged when you subscribe, then once a month on the same date.
The $10 welcome discount applies to your first delivery only. From the second, the price is $49.00.
The tote bag and the glass bottle come with your first delivery only. They're gifts, not a recurring item — and they're yours whatever happens next.
We send you a reminder email before every charge, with time to skip or cancel.
Your card is charged automatically. That's the point of a subscription, and it's why we tell you three times on this page.

How to cancel

Go to your account → Subscriptions → Cancel. It takes two clicks and it works immediately. No phone call, no chat, no retention offer, no "are you sure" three times.

Skip, delay, change

Skip one delivery — you're not charged, the next one comes as scheduled.
Change the date — move your billing day whenever it suits you.
Change the frequency — monthly is the default, and it matches one capsule a day for 30 days.

Any change made before a charge applies to that charge. A change made after it has gone through applies to the next one.

If a payment fails

We retry a few times over several days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription pauses rather than cancels, so you can fix your card and pick up where you left off. We never charge for a delivery we didn't send.
