What we collect

Who we share it with
- Shopify — our store and payment platform.
- DHL and UPS — your address, so the parcel arrives.
- Analytics and email tools — aggregated usage, and your email if you signed up.
We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your cart and your session working — those can't be turned off without breaking the site. Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you accept them, and you can change your mind any time from your privacy choices.
Your rights
Wherever you live, we apply the same standard: you can access your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, and object to us using it for marketing. One email to contact@gazless.com and we act within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority. If you're in California, you can ask what we've collected and have it deleted, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and use providers in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves your region, it's covered by the safeguards those providers put in place.
Children
This site isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a minor gave us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant provider, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affected you, we'd tell you and the regulator, without waiting to be asked.
